Labs16 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”), runs labs16.com and the apps at dk.labs16.com, uxb-300.labs16.com and apps.labs16.com. Questions go to support@labs16.com.
We set no cookies, store nothing in your browser unless you sign in, and use no advertising or third-party tracking tools.
If you sign in, our sign-in service stores your sign-in in your browser so you stay logged in. Signing out removes it. We use no cookies for analytics.
Signing in is optional. If you create an account, we keep your email address and a user ID from our sign-in service, and a username made from your email address. Projects (UXB-300) and configuration files (Stage) you choose to save are stored with your account. Email support@labs16.com to see or delete your account and saved content.
Our pages record a few anonymous events, such as a page loading or a dongle connecting, with the app, the adapter type and the link you came from. They carry no IP address, no ID and nothing about you, so we cannot tell one visitor from another.
If you join, we save your email address, the plan you picked, the adapter you use if you tell us, the link you came from, and the date. We use it only to tell you when that plan opens and about the founding-member offer. We do not sell or share it. There is no confirmation email; you will first hear from us when the plan opens.
Email support@labs16.com to see, correct or delete your waitlist entry. We delete waitlist entries 12 months after the plan opens, and anonymous events after 24 months.
Our sites, apps and saved data are hosted by cloud providers who store them for us and may keep their own server logs. No one else receives this data.
Anyone of any age can use the Labs16 tools without signing in, since that collects nothing personal. To create an account or join the waitlist, please be 16 or older.
If we start collecting anything new, for example when paid accounts open, we will update this page first.
