Labs16 LLC — Effective Date: April 4, 2026
By accessing or using any Labs16 service — including UXB-300, Dongle King, or any future product — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Labs16 LLC ("Labs16," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide hardware development tools and utilities, currently including UXB-300 and Dongle King. These services are currently provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any service at any time. Free services may transition to a paid or subscription model in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes via email or in-app notification to registered users.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Any projects, configuration files, or other data you save within our services ("Your Content") remain your property. You grant Labs16 a limited license to store and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
We make reasonable efforts to preserve saved data, but we do not guarantee data retention. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important work.

The Labs16 platform, software, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by Labs16 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LABS16 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABS16 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LABS16 IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes.
